My son has autism and can be a bit wary of new things. He had his first visit with the hygienist recently and it went so well. Both the hygienist and nurse were amazing at keeping him calm, talking through each step with him and showing him the different tools they would use. They were conscious of light and sound and adapted to him, taking the time for him to settle. I can’t thank them enough for being so understanding.
Reception staff were very friendly and quickly advised me of the reason why my dental check up and hygienist appointments would need to be switched around. The hygienist was very personable and also professional with his advice. Maddy in surgery 1 is always very professional and remembers me every time I visit which adds a very personal touch.
